Under xp pro sp2 with the latest updates, I went into the task manager and noticed that I only had 4 Tabs across the top instead of the usual 5. I am missing the USER tab. Is this a reg setting that can be turned on/off? I have not really found any info pertaining to just 1 missing tab.
