I am involved in a project at work that will be seting policies for dealing with spyware. I was hoping that you guys could give me your thoughts on the worst offenders in the realm of spyware. Meaning what programs seem to be the most popular for users to want to download and what ones cause the most problems.

Anyhelp you folks can offer me would be great.
