Hey all,

Lately, I've been having a lot of problems with my computer ever since I started up my computer today. Things like
  • Sound doesn't work
  • Network connections don't work
  • Many services don't run
  • Computer takes a long time to log in
  • Taskbar doesn't display windows
  • Some programs won't start, like MalwareBytes
  • System restore doesn't work
  • Unable to copy and paste
  • Unable to see users connected to the computer or user names in the task manager

I tried to do some restores but it gives me error 1068. If anyone can help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated

I believe this to a malware issue. Try rebooting into "Safe Mode" by tapping the F8 button as soon as you reboot your machine. Select Safe Mode in the options list login as you normally do and see if the same problems persist. If not let us know and we will direct you to the right place.

I tried booting it up in safe mode but it did not work

I selected the Safe Mode option, then some lines appeared along with a "Press enter to continue loading sptd.sys" then it would stop
