System restore will not turn on on my laptop. Have not gotten it to turn on since installing Win10? Doing so through system protection. It will ley me set the size of system restore but will not turn on. No error, no indication that it is or is not doing anything. If I go into system restore it says it is not turned on.

Are you looking to do a system restore? System restore has changed in Windows 10.

Have you managed to get this cleared up?
If not, be sure to look within Control Panel >> All Control Panel Items >> Recovery

Configure System Restore. Take a look at what is shown for C drive.
Does it show ON?
if not, click OS (C) make sure it is enabled and then Create a new restore point.
