Hello Everyone, desperate need of assistance......

When i boot up system beeps but does not prompt to load XP.

Try to run the Set Up but the system just hangs at the below point so i cannot even get into the BIOS.

Auto-Detecting 3rd Master..

Pretty stuck at the moment as system won't even boot from CD Rom Drive?

Help needed...................

Take all except one stick of memory out and see if it still beeps and make sure you reseat that stick. We need your complete specs.

Yep, still beeping on Start Up, with one stick of memory in.

Put one of the other sticks in there alone and see if that helps. Also, check your manual for beep codes and that should tell you where the issue lies....or, you can try here:
