Please Help.
After logging into my hotmail account a message box with the title "System Error" popped up.
The message read: " Attention! Some dangerous trojan horses detected on your system. Microsoft XP files corrupted. This may lead to the destruction of important files in C:\WINDOWS. Download protection software now! Click OK to download the antispyware. (Recommended)"
I clicked "No" however I was directed to IE AntiVirus:
http://fast-viruscanner.com/id/4912933/4/1/
This results in a second messagebox popping up saying "Download Free Scan." Whenever I click cancel I get another messagebox that reads "Get Raid of Malware Now!" I am required to click OK. This opens up http://ie-antivirus.com/download.php and I get a File Download Security Warning asking me if I want to run or save the file ieavdownloadstart.com. I click cancel and that ends the cycle.
However I keep getting this series of messages several times each time I visit a new page online and sometimes while I'm working with files on my computer.
IE has stopped responding and closed several times since.
The panda scan we're asked to do in the instructions provided the following result:

Also, none of the items on my Add/Remove list matched the ones on this site or in the link. IE wouldn't let me open the other scan suggested in the 5 steps of the instructions (I think that's related). If it's important I can try again.
