I wanted to make a back up file on a cd but the program set up on my computer keeps on giving me an error message shown in the picture/link below.

I don't know which Windows I have. The sticker on the processor says Windows Vista, but the desktop/start up bar doesn't have the vista look & looks more like an XP.
I'd appreciate the help a lot
