I have a new laptop that came with Vista and a desktop that has xp.
I would like to sync the 2 machines so that I can view emails on both machines.
The new laptop has windows mail and the desktop has outlook express

Would you be able to put the same POP mail address into both windows mail and outlook on the other computer?

I'm not really sure how email clients work since I have always used webmail to manage my email.

You would probably have to setup your own email server if you want that capability on your local network for multiple machines.
