I have a nvidia geforce 7600gs video card in my computer everything else is above recomended requirements will i be able to play starwars the old republic at all with my current graphics card?

Does the 7600gs meet the requirements? If not, then no, probably not.
Is that card AGP or PCI-E? The difference is shown here...

The Old Republic needs at least a 7800 GT to be able to run at the least minimum settings
unfortunately your card is below the minimum requirements and won't be able to run the game at decent playable frames
