When i go online i can't see any images on the web pages and i'm told there's an error: svchost.exe (0000096) <nosymbols> (0052F863). Have run a virus scan with no joy. Any ideas?

svchost problem

Downloaded the blaster removal tool and no virus was found, problem remains the same. Running Norton anti virus, do need a firewall too?
