Hi all.

sometimes when I browse the internet, a dialog box appears saying " "svchost.exe" has generated errors and will be closed. please wait while the program is being debugged. ". And then my internet explorer stops functioning.
So the pc is thinking, and thinking (this message appears in a dialog box, with "cancel" button below), and finally the cancel button becomes into "ok". When I try to press the cancel button, nothing happens. In the task manager I see that there is a process called drwatson32 and when i press the ok button, it dissapears. But, the internet explorer isnt functioning anymore. Why is it happening?

if it is related : when i turn my pc on, windows 2000 tells me that :
" "explorer.exe" has generated errors and will be closed. please wait while the program is being debugged. ". but, explorer doesnt get closed, and i can continue work. perhaps they are related.
