There's more information available in Firefox than you can imagine. While in the browser, type about:support in the address bar. Surprise!

Yep, this is how we do a refresh when users run into issues with FF.. There is also about:config which is even better Granular control...

I "figured" most knew about:config but not the more obscure, about:support.

I guess the most common path is through Menu > Help > Troubleshooting Information.

Right you are Stan. I was just thinking how often a member isn't sure about their GPU and low and behold in the Troubleshooter we can see whether it's the card or the built in one which is actually in use. Also surprise, FF has a Sandbox for Flash.
