@ andrew.lvp: A few suggestions...
I would place the visitor-counter to the bottom of the site, since a visitor is not directly interested in how many people have visited the site. I think would look nicer when the menu-box is aligned with the 'vamp-news'-box, so shifthed down a bit. This also goes for the 'vamp-news'-box and the 'Welcome to Clamp Vamp'-box, so shifted a bit to the left. Next to that I would make the 'vamp-news'-box as heigh as the menu-box.
I would center the webpage as a whole and make the rest of the space left black. As Spatcher already said the background of the menu-box makes not really much sense compared to the rest of the site. I think I would make the background transparent in each of the boxes, but with black haze under it in such a way that the text is still readeble and the picture still slightly visible.
I would remove the music-player thing or place it much more pronounced on the site since it lost between all the boxes.
Maybe you can make the 'message-board'-box as width as the edges of the menu-box and 'vamp-news'-box and make the text a bit smaller, like in the 'vamp-news'-box.
I would place the 'Eurobattle.net'-banner in the centre of the page and place the text 'Clan VAMP is a member of the official Eurobattle.net project. Copyright 2006 Mad-Max, a division of Warcraft Inc. All rights reserved. Your use of this service is governed by Terms and Conditions.' under it in white and not as a as text-box.
I myself would never place a video on my index-page, but I'm not sure how many people would look at it on your page.
Maybe, but this is pure extra, you can change the menu options to pictures since that would look much nicer...
It is just a question of a few small changes to make...
