Well, I could rename my own 'My Pictures' folder to 'Nothing Here Fella' and STILL see my pictures when I click on them.

So, why can't you? You mentioned 'linkage', not me.

Sorry for perhaps using a wrong term.

I have pictures included on proposed website pages. There is a folder containing the host of possible pictures to use. When I picked one to "insert" on a page, I had to go to that folder for the picture. I thought that would be akin to linkage.

What has happened is that my draft web pages now do not have the pictures on them, just an outlined blank space. I have assumed that is because the picture is no longer filed where it once was.

So, I would think you just backtrack from the webpage design and locate the Folder Name it uses, and rename the folder appropriately.
