I want to have the current time placed into a text box in a access 2003 when I click on the text box. I know how to set it up to do that, I just need to code and have been unable to figure it out. Any help is appreciated.

Going from memory ....

In Design Mode, bring up the properties for that object. Under Events (?) set the On Click to '=Now()' (minus the quotes), and set the field format to hh:mm (or hh:mm:ss) ...

I think ... maybe ...

I already tried that and it kicked me to debug it.

Thanks for the link! Looking at it I found that I can use this code: Start_Time = Now(). I had to rename the form field from Start Time to Start_Time in order to get it to work, but it is doing exactly what I want to to do.

Thanks for all the help!
