Strange Typing Problems

It just started happening last night for some reason. I was playing a game, and I believe I may have pressed Ctrl+Alt or Shift+Alt and changed some langauge settings. But I got it working again in-game.

But now, my computer isn't typing right with some keys. Like if I press 4 or b, it types in 4b every time. If I hold the button down, it becomes 4bbbbbbbbbbbb, even if I hold down 4. The same goes with "7 and n" and "0 and /"

I also have trouble spacing because Alt and Space seemed to be like those as well. And also Left and End seems to do that. Down and F11 look to be like that because when I hit down, it goes to fullscreen on my browser.

Wordpad, MS Word, Firefox, Notepad, IE, it does it in everything.

Any suggestions?
