Is it the fan that's emitting the noise? Fire it up with the case off, or, if it's on already, touch the power supply chassis to discharge any static electricity, and then stop the fan for a second or two. If it stops, you can re-oil and clean the fan, while you search for a new one. Take off the fan and peel back the little round sticker. In the middle you'll see the little axle. Just put a drop or two of household 3 in 1 oil, and put the sticker back. Take some rubbing or alcohol and some q-tips or a dry toothbrush that you don't use anymore and clean off the fan blades and heatsink (don't use a lot of alcohol). Then give a small short blast of contact cleaner/lubricant in the magnet/brush area of the fan and spin it. Clean any excess, reinstall and fire it up.
If stopping the fan makes no difference, you might have some electrical components about ready to go in which case you'll probably be out of a card soon.
