How To stop win xp setup

I wanted to reinstall windows because it is RUS but i need eng, but i dont know whow to.:4-dontkno
i was started setup restarted computer and there is setup. i want to stop it. how can i stop the setup?

It would appear that the Rus version of XP doesn't have the ability to change to EnG.
