I cannot start my computer. The following message is displayed. I have tried starting in safe mode but same message appears. Contacted Dell support but not much help. They ran hard drive scan and said that I would have to reload operating system and loose all my files. I had fake ware virus one week ago - Alpha antivirus - ran a McAfee full scan found and removed 2 files. Two days later kept getting another pop up message that my computer was infected and that windows would install special antivirus software to remove it. Tried another McAfee full scan found and removed 2 files but pop up was still there. Downloaded Megabytes malware software and ran a full scan - found 72 files removed them and pop up was gone. Computer was fine for about three days and then in the middle of an internet surfing session blue screen stop error came up and I haven't been able to restart since. Below is the entire message. I am not very computer smart and would appreciate any assistance that I can get.
