My Hpprodesk sff motherboard died. It was very expensive in my city so I think to buy another standard motherboard and SMPS and install all the components to another motherboard.

I bought Galax H81 motherboard and a SMPS and installed into my old case. It boots up but it shows statistic horizontal lines on display. Tried 1)replacing cable VGA and Power cable. 2) replaced PSU. 3) tried changing place, changing socket and anything I found on web. 4) also fresh windows installation, tried linux and android. 4) happening with integrated and dedicated both GPUs

When I brought it to technician he said no problem with motherboard or anything and his store my monitor and CPU both running well and good. No any static lines there but when I tried it again in my home Static lines again on monitor. This happening from 3 to 5 months and now I am very tired to finding out solution for it.

Electrician also said no problem with wiring and grounding (Earthing).

WTH is happening with me.

There is electrical interference, possibly from an appliance. If you move the whole unit including the monitor to another circuit, not just another outlet and it goes away, that proves it's something on the circuit.

I tried my whole Setup moving in every room every socket, with extension board without extension board and even in my neighbour's house, my uncle's home and some of my friend's home also but the lines still appears there.

Only it was running well in repair shop

If its all components worked fine separately I planned to sell them and buy a laptop with atleast 3 years of warranty and and techsupport

But I want to solve this problem so in future I prepared for this type of rare disease

Did you actually see it with the line and with your monitor at the repair shop? Please post a picture showing the monitor with the line.
