Startup repair.. wooooh

So, my luck strikes again. Got a new mobo, installed it, whiped my disks and reinstalled my windows 7 ultimate x64 (pirated, naturally.. I don't sit on that kind of money) and everything worked fine and dandy (except trying to install for instance bad company 2 which just wouldn't happend) until i installed the 23 supposedly important updates. After which i got the startup repair program. And my pc just won't start.

This has got me very upset and i would be thrilled if i could get some help with it before i tear out all the hardware from my pc, drench them in gasoline and light them on fire. (It's taken me a lot of self restraint not to have too much cussing or whatnot in this post.)
