Recently I've begun getting errors on startup.
The error basically opens DOS and then a popup box comes up that says there's an error..it gives this information:

C:\DOCUME~1\ALLUSE~1\APPLIC~1\03450843\03450843.exe

CS:0de3 IP:021f OP:63 6b 67 72 6f


Ive run CCleaner as well as Ascensive PC Speedpro to no avail..the error still happens on startup.

Can someone please guide me through the steps i need to take to resolve this issue?

You should look at what startup programs are running. msconfig, startup tab, might be of help (start, run, msconfig.exe).
I'd also scan 03450843.exe with an antivirus or antispyware program. That's a rather suspicious file name. It's likely a 16-bit program hence the messages you're seeing. It's possibly even buggy (looks like it's crashing), so perhaps you're not getting any payload (+ 16-bit programs may not work entirely on pure 32-bit OSes like NT, 2000, or XP). Scan anyway to be sure.

Thanks for your input.

I ran msconfig and found that application...I do not know what it was but I scanned it thru Kaperskey and it didn't show up as dangerous.....so then I simply decided to delete the item and after two reboots, the error screen is gone. Obviously it wasn't a neccesary item.
