Hi kirksgirl, welcome to TSF. To help you out we need to know your system specs. If a prebuilt wen eed the brand and model. If a custom built, the motherboard, CPU, RAM and power supply info. If you have access to another computer try going to the website of your Hard drive manufacturer and download their diagnostics tool and burn it to a CD.
Start up
When I start my computer it goes to Launch Startup Repair. When i do it it says that it cant repair the computer automaticlly so i send the info and nothing happens I have tried restoring from the advanced options and still nothing I am not sure what is wrong with it but nothing seems to work.
