INF is an installation file.

I did some searching and found out that GetPlus is a downloader that certain programs use for updates. It loads that .inf file, and deletes it when it's finished. Apparently, your error is caused when it manages to delete the file, but not the registry key telling it to delete the file.

SpyBot's TeaTimer can cause this, it seems. Here is the solution, assuming that SpyBot is the cause. (If it's not, go ahead and try to take care of it anyway. If it doesn't work disable whatever system protection you do have and try again.)

Temporarily disable SpyBot's TeaTimer:

Open Spybot and click on Mode and check Advanced Mode
Check yes to next window.
Click on Tools in bottom left hand corner.
Click on System Startup icon.
Uncheck Teatimer box.
Click Allow Change box.

Scan with Hijack This.
Close all browser windows except Hijack This.
Put a check mark beside these entries and click "Fix Checked".

O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [getPlusUninstall_ocx] rundll32.exe advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection
C:\WINDOWS\inf\GETPLUSo.INF, DefaultUninstall

Reboot.
