Start-Up programs!

Running Win2K, I went to "Computer Management" to view the programs that autostart with windows, and it does list them, but I can't disable them from that point. Is there somewhere else I can go to disable them? Thanks.

START>RUN MSCONFIG you will be able to disable startup programs from there.

XX - I thought Win2k had the MSCONFIG program! For some reason though it didn't load at setup time. I am multibooting with WinME which does have it; would I be able to copy it over to the 2K root folder? Thanks.
