I ahve a toshiba equium a200 laptop i have been using for a while but recently it only starts intemittently most of the time when i start up the laptop it goes straight to a screen that asks me to either start windows normally or complete a system check

what can i do to get the laptop to start normally

(1) Try removing the battery and see if it starts normally.
(2) Reseat the RAM
