When i computer loads i get an error that says cannot find C:\DOCUME~1\CHADFO~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\IE8-WindowsXP-x86-ENU.exe /passive /update-no

my question was whether this was a virus or an error that can be fixed manually..

I tried to delete the process in start up through control panel but that did not work.. please help..
