SSD issues lead me to a 25.5GB office file.

I was wondering if it was ok for me to delete this file: integratedoffice.exe_streamserver(20130403215241145C).log

I assume it has something to do with office as it didn't exist before I installed MSO 2013. It's currently at 25.5 and gradually getting bigger. I have absolute no idea what to do about it. In order to find what was taking all of the space on my ssd, I acquired a program called WinDirStat. I have found it extremely useful and will recommend it to others as well. In my travels through my drive I ascertained that a hibernation file was taking up 40GB and removed my pc's ability to hibernate as well as the hibernation file. However, upon further investigation I found the file mentioned above (integratedoffice.exe_streamserver(20130403215241145C).log) and am uncertain how to deal with this file. Any input would be appreciated.
