I have a red flashing icon with a white X on my toolbar. It says my computer is infected with a virus and takes you take a website where they want you to buy their antivirus software (spyaxe). I have run spybot, ad-aware, and Panda but nothing picks it up. I downloaded Hijack this and the analyzer and ran a log.
Here are the results. Can anyone help me?

thats it!

I had to restart in Safe mode to delete that file, but it is finally gone! My system seems to be running normal again. Thank You VERY much!
