Hello, I have windows xp media center edition and it is infected with spy-agent.bw!mem which McAfee will not remove. Sophos Anti-rootkit analyzer has identified it in userinit32.exe any help would be much appreciated. Attached is the dds report as advised and the 2 zipped reports.
