I'd like to get a definitive answer to a controversy. Is a paid app the only way to get Spell Check in the Edge browser?

Edge has a spell checker.

WinKey + I - Devices - Typing

Doesn't work in TSF. Highlights misspelling but doesn't show correction choices.

Does for me . . if I type nuttie it suggests three alternatives

Strange. Rebooted. Unlike usual method, after choosing "Check Spelling" three times the choices show. Then no need to recheck for additional words. In a new thread it's necessary to go through the whole procedure again.

OK. Now I found what I like best. Turned off Automatic since it wants to out think me. Left highlight misspelled on. Got what I wanted. :smile:
