Speedtouch 576 Setup Help!!

I have a thomson speedtouch 576 modem router(ethernet). I got this while in the UK and it came with aol cd. I am now in Zimbabwe and we do not have aol as an isp so the cd is of no use now. I want to know how i can get this to work here with my isp ie what downloads i need to get me up and running (fimware/software) and any links i can follow to do this.
Please, please one is in an acute state of desparation and frustration!!
