Not sure I can say much here, but by the screenshot it suggests whatever it is that your seeing is physically attached via cable if I'm reading it right ?
Do you connect any game consuls etc ? not sure what else to think ATM.
...nothing under that name is connected...do you know if it could be settings saved from the router or isp?...

as i said above, i recently reset the router...which means all the devices would have been removed....
No I don't really know personally, do you have an option to disconnect it ? maybe via right clicking on it ? if you can do that and see what happens, if it drops you offline or something then it's obviously something you need, all I can suggest for now I'm afraid.
Where does it lead to if you click the VAI.. hyperlink?

it would be the same as if it were a pc registered to the network...a generic device with an ip ddress.

...is it safe to delete?
If it offeres the ability to delete it, I'd try. I can't imagine why that would be a problem.
well, if i connect a new computer to my network it gives a ip address 192.168.1.64 (my DHCP range is .1.64 to .1.253)......im assuming that would cause some sort of conflict, right?
How is your network secured? If you're using WPA with a long and random key, you should be quite secure. If you're not using WPA, you could be hacked reasonably easily.
I could be wrong, but it looks to me to be refferring to the ethernet port on the router. Since ethernet is not underlined it would make sense that it isn't connected. Do you hook up your playstation by ethernet?
