As far a improving you gaming speed over the internet. I have personally never played WC3 but I do understand how B.net works. I think they only use bnet to set the game up and then who ever hosts the game kinda determines the speed but not entirely if you play with people with cable or dsl or even high only this should increase you gaming speed. I fyou play with people using dial up the S/R speeds tend to be slow so they slow the game down.
