Hi Guys

I bought really expensive speakers (£5):grin: yesterday.

Got them home pluged them in and... nothing, the light comes on on the speaker but i get no sound.

Do i have to install a new driver or something?
Any help is greatly appreciated

Well there are a few ?'s that need asking, do the speakers need battery's ? or mains to power them ?
And are you sure you plugged into the correct socket ?
My money is on some form of power required at this stage, if none of this helps see if there is a model number on them, but needless to say for that price they wont be anything more than basic which is fine as long as your not looking for more.

I'm more for the not plugged into the correct jack on the soundcard. Start a sound (an mp3 would be good) and test each jack individually ubtil you find the one that works.
