So, ever since I installed Service Pack 3, whenever I download a file, then attempt to run it, this happens:

Pretty simple.
I click Run and it works fine.

The thing is, I don't want this window to pop up.
Is there anything I can do to stop this pop-up from happening, period?
An option somewhere?

I tried unchecking the box, it applies to that file -only-.

When you download so much stuff, it's annoying to have to click through these boxes on every file.

Thanks in advance.

Welcome to TSF....

Try un-installing Spybot and then reboot the computer and then re-install the Spybot again or what you can do is use a more up-to-date program like

WinPatrol found at = http://www.winpatrol.com/download.html

I think you misunderstood.
I was only showing an example of what happens when I try to run anything I download, not just that one.

Service Pack 3, for some reason, makes sure you WANT to open every file you download, and I'd rather it just skip and open it.
