Hey everyone!
I was searching how to change my background on my lock screen and I downloaded this http://www.howtogeek.com/223875/how-to-change-the-login-screen-background-on-windows-10/
I restarted my surface pro 3 and the screen started flickering on and off. Don't know what to do...
When I downloaded the thing it had a warning saying it was the programmer fault if the computer exploted or whatever, I thought it was a joke... Help

Hi and Welcome to TSF!

That warning was certainly not a joke. Windows will not play games with you.

See if your Windows 10 OS has System Restore turned on. If so, then restore the PC to an older date. Otherwise, I recommend backing up your data and doing a system refresh as the registry will need to be repaired.

Restart the computer and press F8 repeatedly. In the Advanced Boot Menu select Safe Mode with Networking. If that lets you in then uninstall that program or do a System Restore to a time before this happened.
