I work for a call center and we want to be able to record calls that agents are on. So I am looking for a piece of hardware/software I can use. Like hardware that sites in between the switch and router that records all audio or software that can be installed on every computer that will send the recordings to a remote ftp site. Or a 3rd party monitoring/recording center that can do it.


We host a dialer from five9 and use a broadband connections with Voip for our phones Five9 provides the softphone used.

Can anyone give me an idea? Or maybe suggest a company?
