Hello All'

I recently purchased a Dell Dimension PC desktop and for the past few months everything has been great. This morning my daughter was burning a copy of her favorite dvd for her cousin and noticed that there is no sound coming off the burned copy. We tried the original copy and there is no sound from that dvd disc. I put an audio cd and i get sound from the pc, but when we try any other dvd we get no sound. It sounds simple as if something is turned off, but we checked and i am confused and worried. Please some advise on any other step to take. thank you

Does sound like you have the audio on the DVD Player program either turned right down or more likely if you are not 100% familiar with this software you or someone may have the sound muted.
Most of these types of programs have a mute button.

If this fails, you might try uninstalling then reinstall the DVD program.
