ive been using my new pc for just over 1 year now.
and it has an onboard soundcard realtekAC97 <- thats the drivers i use.
it used to work fine,but recently for some strange reason, say i want to skip a song from 0:02 to 3:04 mins the sound will cut out.
most of the time, the computer hangs, and there is no alternative but to reboot.
and sometimes say im doing work, listing to music in the background say on youtube..
the sound just randomly stops. and no matter wht i do to bring it back. it doesnt seem to play.
i believe this may be something to do with video accelaration but i am really puzzled?
please can someone guide me, before i end up going insane!
