Sound crackles and snaps while browsing (in Firefox or IE)

Just when scrolling up and down, opening a new tab, or switching between tabs. Sound card is a SB Audigy 2. Thanks.

sup bizud, i get the same problem sept im on a SB Live! 24-bit

sum1 please help

the sound only crackles and **** when i've got iTunes open and its playing sumthing
