Hello there,

It seems that my sound card stopped working after i re installed windows Xp on to my system, i tried unistalling and re installing it but it still says the same thing ( Code 10 , this device cannot start). But when i went to the DirectX Diagnostic Tool and went to the sound tab, it says there is no sound card, i am confused :normal:

Hi and welcome to TSF please post the spec of your computer and what sound card if it is a custom build include the make and model of motherboard, graphics,ram,cpu,sound,and psu,have you removed and reseated the card
