Hi there !
evryone ... realy need your experience in hard desks >> someone who is in big trouble !
my hared desk was realy realy fine before 24 hours !
but now when i connect it to my pc it dosent shown in "my computer "
or in drives maneger ....and i tried the "testdesk"
and u should know that it did not fall or formated or anything !
but it did not worked at all !
so pleas give me some solution

The drive may be dead, there may not be a solution.

Does it show up in the BIOS? Does it spin up at all, is there any disk activity. Is this an external or internal drive?

yes i can hear it voice and feal it with my hand
what kind of activity ?:4-dontkno
it is an external one with 500 GB .. TOSHIBA
But when i change the cover it showed up as a flash memory and it was empty !

Are you saying that you've removed it from the case it was in and moved it to another case?

Does it show up in Windows in the new case?

no it is not like that
this is my TOSHIBA external hard desk

when i connect it to the pc
this message appears and it dosent show up in my computer or Device Manager and Disk managemen

and i changed the cover and the green piece (i dont know its name) with another hard desk cover and green piece

then it appears in "my computer" as a flash memory under "devices with removable storage" list not as an external hard desk (under"hard disk drives" list) and it was empty ....

If TestDisk didn't work, try the trial version of GetDataBack or try Recuva and see if they detect any files on the drive.

Some of these external drives have hardware encryption so the green boards may not be exchangeable. What is the exact model number. For some reason I can see the larger versions of your images posted
