Request for help

Dear friends I own SONY VAIO VGN-FJ91S, which previously had Japanese OS.

Due to some problem now I installed english OS. Now I don't have X-brite technology in my monitor, due to which my monitor is very much dim and put pressure in my eye.

I would be grateful to you if anyone help me to resume x-brite in my monitor.

Can you further suggest me about Video driver. Like what it is?? where can I get it? and what's it function.
