If you have data discs with the videos that you wish to make into a playable DVD saved as avi or mpeg or mp4 (or some other file format) all you have to do is use a DVD authoring program (Nero, Cyberlink etc) to burn your DVD. If you don't have any DVD authoring software, download and install DVD Flick from the link in my sig - it's a good, easy to use freeware DVD authoring package - no frills but works well.
