Sony external DVD hangs on burning
We have a Sony DRX-820U connected to the Sony VIAO laptop (Pentium (R) 4,1.40 g. with 512 g RAM.
Try to burn a data disc but it just causes the computer to hang. First used XP's 'Wizard' to drag over to the drive, then used NERO's program to burn a bunch of data files on it. Same thing, it hangs forever and ever.
Could this be a problem with the USB (it's probably 1.1)?
