First off, Happy Holidays to all!

I have never installed SonicWALL Gateway Geo IP Service on my home computer, yet I find that several of the sites I try to visit are being blocked by this service.

I have searched intensively for the program anywhere on my computer to no avail, yet it keeps popping up to block my web browsing. For instance; it blocks me from Leasebusters, a service in Toronto for leasing automobiles, hardly a security threat!

This started today, I do not believe it was there yesterday, but who knows. I have deleted everything that I downloaded in the last week to see if it was hidden in some other program.....and still it blocks me.

I am a single man in my 50s, living alone, what the heck do I need this service for?, and it blocks the most asinine sites, like a leasing company in Canada.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

No I do not, I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro, as well as I do not, (As to my knowledge) have any Dell derived programs on the computer.

This is a home computer, for personal use only. No remote access to the company I work for.

I was wondering if possible, could it have been inadvertently installed through my router, or through another program, hidden within it? If so, How can I remove it?

It appears to be a Dell product, although I cannot say how it was installed on your system. It does seem to be more for corporate/company users rather than individuals. There's definitely no sign in Add/Remove Programs? What about in your C:\ drive - Program Files or Program Files (x86)?
