I believe that's related to the Sonic DVD software and I've seen it before and yeah, it's annoying as hell. Last time I came across it, I removed it via the add/remove software option on the control panel pretty easily. You should check that it because it should be listed right there under "S" and not some screwey, deceptive name.
If you can't find it or it won't remove correctly though, just say so and we can tell you how to delete the startup entry that runs it.
