Recently, I bought a new graphics card, and whenever i try to boot now, i get a BSOD. Now, i know this has to do with drivers, but oddly, when i remove my new gpu driver in safe mode, it still won't boot. is there any way i can target which driver this is? thanks.
Something wrong with a driver that isn't allowing my computer to boot.

Put the old card back in and reboot. Go into the Device manager and uninstall the old card. Turn the comp off and insert the new card and reboot. then install the driver.
i have already tried that, heh.
