When I open windows media player and go to file->open the files in folder Shared Music are by default arranged by size instead of name. How do I switch it back so that the open dialog box show the files arranged by name by default. If I open Shared Music with windows explorer the files are arranged by name (how I would like them). This problem with the open dialog box default arrangement also occurs when opening from the same folder using real player and winamp, and another program that I use is also showing files arranged by size also so I’m guessing that I accidentally did something to turn this setting on. Another problem is that I keep digital photos in the My Pictures folder, when I was changing my background (display properties) I found that there was a very large amount of pictures that I can choose out of. How do I specify the location for display properties to look from, currently the files displayed are from My Pictures and Windows, I would like to change it so it no longer shows pictures from the My Pictures folder. A while ago I installed a program called neotrace, now when I want to open a link in a new windown I need to right click and then press open in new window and I am no longer able to right click and press N, is there a way to modify the right click menu in Internet Explorer and in windows how do I get rid of the annoying add to winamp’s bookmark list in the right click menu? The last problem is that occasionally Help and Support fails to work. I get a error message saying that Help and Support has encountered a problem, the only solution I know of is to system restore, is there any way of preventing this from occurring? I am running Windows XP Professional, Windows Media Player for Windows XP v8, Real Player 8 Plus, Winamp 2.76
